Processing Time:
All of our press-on nails are handmade to order. Please allow 7 business days for production before your order is shipped. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or sales.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 business days after processing.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 weeks, depending on location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Customs & Duties (International Orders):
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply. These charges are determined by your country’s customs policies and are not included in our prices.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s hands. If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us.

Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately; however, we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our press-on nails, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 1 day of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve it.
